Refund and Cancellation Policy

For printed magazine

  • Subscribers who face recurrent irregularity in postal delivery on their address, may opt for delivery via courier or registered post, at extra applicable charges.
  • We will refund the amount of remaining issues (refund will be calculated based on actual per issue payment) if the subscriber is facing recurrent irregularity in postal delivery on their address, but do not opt for delivery via courier or registered post, at extra applicable charges, or when such service is not available for their address.
  • We take utmost care in dispatching the subscribers’ copies, but postal delay/ non receipt of any issue is beyond our control and CyberSafar Edumedia will not be responsible for any such cases.
  • For subscribers who have opted for delivery through courier, we send copies through reputed agencies.
  • We will not be able to refund any payment for any postal/courier delay/ non receipt.
  • Subscription once placed can not be cancelled for any other reason.

For other printed publications

  • We make our best efforts to ship each publication in the order within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 9 working days, to ship the order.
  • The printed publications are dispatched through registered post/ courier.
  • We will not be able to refund any payment for any postal/courier delay/ non receipt.
  • Orders for printed publications once placed can not be cancelled for any other reason.

For Web Access

  • We will not be able to refund any payment for any server downtime
  • Subscription for Web Access can not be cancelled for any other reason.
