Delivery & Shipping Policy

For Website and App Access

  • The subscription for reading the content with controlled access on the Website and App, can be purchased from the website only.
  • The access details for the Website and App (paid subscription)  will be sent through email within 3 working days, after receipt of the payment.
  • The subscription for web and App access is for online access only. The magazine and content is not downloadable.
  • We do not guarantee available or readability of the magazine and content on all types of devices. Subscribers are advised to check compatibility with their devices, before making payment.
  • We will not be able to refund any payment for any server downtime or any other reason.

 

For Printed Magazine

  • Dispatch of newly subscribed print magazine will be commenced from next month.
  • We take utmost care in dispatching the subscribers’ copies, but postal delay/ non receipt of any issue is beyond our control and CyberSafar Edumedia will not be responsible for any such cases.
  • For subscribers who have opted for delivery through courier, we send copies through reputed agencies.
  • However, if you do not receive a particular issue, please inform us and we will try to dispatch another copy, if available. Such intimation is required to be sent on support@cybersafar.com only and before end of the particular month.
  •  We will not be able to refund any payment for any postal/courier delay/ non receipt.

 

For Other Printed Publications

  • We make our best efforts to ship each publication in the order within 7 working days of the order. However in some cases, it may take longer to ship the order.
  • The printed publications are dispatched through registered post/ courier.
  • We will not be able to refund any payment for any postal/courier delay/ non receipt.
